Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you take insurance?
We are in network with Highmark BSBC and Aetna. Otherwise, if you are a Pennsylvania resident, you can contact your insurance company ask if they support out of network providers. In this case, we will happily provide you with receipts so you can get reimbursed. If you have any questions about insurance reimbursement and out of pocket cost, please contact us.
Is this online or in person?
Currently, all services are online using Zoom as a platform. You will receive more information once we set up an intake.
Can we still work together if I live in another state?

How often do we meet and what is your availability?
Our frequency of sessions is based on your needs and goals. There are some clients who meet weekly, biweekly, monthly or twice a week. We normally encourage once a week in the beginning of treatment and adjust from there. We tend to hold hours M-F between 9am-6pm, though we will do my best to work with your schedule.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we ask for 24 hour notice. You will be charged the amount of a session if it is later then that time frame.
What forms do I need to complete prior to my first session?
